Guest Information- Pending?

Hi! We are on the 9/11 Fantasy sailing and our Guest Information section in online checkin has been pending for a few days. The passport and head shot photos are still under review. Anyone know about how long this takes to clear approval? We booked last-minute, not sure if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance! I’m the type of person who doesn’t want anything hanging open before we leave for the trip next week!

Mine was pending until the day before. And even then it was late in the afternoon - so less than a day before we were on the ship. I will say that I kept checking the website/app but I didn't need to because they did send a email telling me it was complete

They could be dealing with finishing up clearances for those on Dream sailings prior to your sail date.

On the 9/11 too. Filled out all info on august 28 - the day we booked - and ours is pending too. I check every couple of hours just in case. Maybe too much but we haven’t been on a Disney cruise since 2009 and we are a little excited

We're on the September 3 sailing and our check in was just cleared this morning. We were notified via email.

From the 8/9 cruise mine took over 48 hours.

9/6 here, and our Guest Information is pending. Reached out to TA, and they are still pending as well, and same Cruise.

Hard to do, but try to consider it normal in these times.

Like FL PrincessMom ours was pending until 1pm the day before the 8/23 cruise.

we're on the 9/11 one too - from the chatting online it sounds like everyone on our sailing is still pending (we did ours right at 30 days out)

I did the online check in for 9/11 exactly 30 days before and it's still pending too. People in the Facebook group are saying that due to the cruise being changed from 7 to 4 nights there is a delay since we still need to be reviewed one by one (reservation by reservation) by cast members after they had to shorten/alter/rebook our cruises one at a time too. Extra work means longer "pending" time.

Been over a week since the forms were completed . Still Pending. Only 14 days until our cruise

They'll probably confirm it about 1-3 days before your cruise. That seems to be typical. If they don't confirm it at all, then you'll just get a photo taken at the port.
