Here is the information on the Guest Assistance Pass (shortened since I am typing them out):
- present to the entrance greeter
- if the posted wait time is less than thirty minutes you will be directed to the appropriate queue
- if the posted wait time is more than thirty minutes the greeter will indicate a specific time to return
- once it is your time to return, present the pass with the return time and you will be directed to the appropriate queue
- once you have experienced an attraction you may use your pass to receive a return time at another attraction
- you may only have one active return time at a time. If you do not use the return time at the attraction, it is forfeited
I should note that everybody was super nice about the pass. My husband's knee was all swollen and he was just trying to avoid stairs. He still wanted to do the parks so this was the only way..........
