Guess Who I Met Today???

SANTA!
Ok even as of yesterday I was so not ready for Christmas. Today I took DS to the mall to walk, instead of going on a walk outside in the cold. So we were coming down the glass elevator and I could see Santa walking the mall alone. I pushed the stroller pretty fast to catch up to him and of course I said(rather loudly) to Colton "Do you see Santa?". He turned around, stopped to talk to us, and then continued walking down the mall with us. It was so cool! I wish I had my video camera handy.

So now its official. Santa is at his post in the Mall, Christmas has begun.

My station is promoting a meet with Santa on Saturday. And I thought THEY were too early!

I remember a few years ago DHs mom thought we should take the kids to the mall to see Santa when we were down at her house. So we asked the kids and the older one had no interest and the younger one said he wanted to see the real Santa and that he knew the one at the mall was just a Santa helper and that we were going to WDW and he just knew Disney would only have the real Santa and thats the one he wanted to see. When we were at DD shopping we saw there wasnt much of a line to see Santa and we asked him if he wanted to go talk to Santa. He looked at him for a few moments then said yep and got in line. Afterward we asked if it was the real Santa and he said Its the real one alright.

My kids and I were in Walmart on Saturday looking through their Halloween leftover stuff. Santa walked by and gave both of them a candy cane. I think this is the earliest I've seen him before Christmas.

I'm glad you and Colton kept Santa from being lonely.

Santa comes to South Shore Plaza in Braintree Mass today!!!!!!

Way to early for me!!! even if I am a 1/4 done with my Xmas shopping!!

Santa comes to Stamford on Sunday, Nov 23rd this year....traditionally rappelling down Stamford's tallest building (22 stories) before leading a procession through town to light the park's Christmas tree. Personally, I don't get the point of the rappelling, myself but it draws a huge crowd every year and the kids just love it!!

Sue Z, really, THIS Saturday??? Way too early. But they do have a GREAT Santa's helper Santa at the Mall. He truly looks the part. DS is 5yo, and has never wanted any part of having his picture taken with him. Likes him from a distance.
