I hate My school


Next year, my school is getting rid of our 15 minute recess and then we have 3 hours of non-stop work.But our princeapal was so nice to put 15 more minutes into our lunch.But it gets worse.People who are curtosy bus students have to go home for lunch. And i'm one of them.Which would mean i have to walk home everyday which takes 45 minutes to walk home and we have an hour and 15 minutes.But my friends (who are twins) offered to let me and some of my friends stay for lunch at their house.

But this still sucks.

I can see being mad about the walking thing and not having enough time to do it, but for the work, well, that's something you'll have to deal with.

Right now, I'm a junior in HS. I show up at school around 7am and I have classes from 7:50-10:45. Then I have a 35 minute lunch break, then classes from 11:25 through 2:20 without a break besides the 5 minute allowance for travel between classes.

It's a fact of life, eventually your recess will go away. I hated it when I lost mine.

i get no recess what-so-ever.
plus i have 90minute classes.
and my lunch is only a half-an-hour.
which isnt really that bad.
but still.
i'm stuck in the same classroom
with the same teacher
and the same
subject
FOREVER.
lol.
or at least it feels like it.

I start the day at
7:40-10:20 classes
5 minute locker break
10:25-12:00 is long block
12:00-12:20 is Lunch
12:23-2:03 are the rest of my classes

Not a lot of break times, but we get out pretty early so I cant complain.

ETA: I would be mad to if my school made me walk home for lunch. That seems kind of unfair.

At my old school, recess ended in 7th grade, BUT..
We got naptime. No joke. 30 minutes after lunch, we called it "personal reflection." We could read, draw, journal, or sleep.
It was heavenly, and I'll miss it dearly next year lol.

Wow you get recess?? I thought recess was only for elementary school. Also I dont get why you have to go home for lunch if you live so far away??

But be lucky you have recess.
We dont have recess.
We have 2 hours of EACH class.
And thats 4 hours from 8-12, then lunch for a HALF HOUR.
Then P.E for 35 minutes.
Then, MORE WORK until 3:00.

I think I have it worse than you.

i would kill for an hour and fifteen minute lunch.

mine is 20 minutes. and i have 7 classes a day, one of which is a college course.

An hour and fifteen minutes for lunch? D: Lucky. I get 30 minute lunches... But the line to buy the dang lunch takes 15 minutes to go through. *smacks forehead*

I'm in school from 8 till 3:30. ._. Consider yourself lucky. >.>

The lunch part makes no sense, and Ihave no idea what grade you're in, but in high school you have no recess. Get used to it. You just get lunch, and then back to work.

If it makes you feel any better we haven't had recess since 3rd or 4th grade. And I wish my lunch was an hour and fifteen minutes long.
