If it was the REAL WWTBAM it would star Chris Tarrant & be on ITV on UK TV.

I'm sure this version will be OK, though

Unfortunately they will not be picking people from the audience for a chance in the hot seat, they are bringing in contestants for this. Also tickets were requested a month or so again, I don't believe it's going to be open to just anyone on the days they tape. We got our confirmation early last week for Sat/Sun tapings.

We'll be arriving on Friday, the 9th. I tried to get tickets for Saturday and all that was available was the 9th. Oh well, I did read somewhere that an actual taping takes about 2 and a half hours...not worth taking up that much time. It may have been fun though!

I requested tickets for the 9th over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard one way or the other. How long did it take to get a confirmation?

I got mine about a week ago, they had me send back the total # of tickets needed and such and said they would send more info closer to the time...

Do you think this is going to have any significant impact on the park that day?? Esp. Fantasmic. Trying to figure out if I would rather avoid that park that day.

We were never sent tickets, just said we would get email around a week before tapings with info on where to meet, maybe it will be will call.

I also requested a ticket for the taping on the 9th quite a while ago and haven't heard anything back from them.

I looked at the ticket request form again and noticed that it says "Tickets, parking information and what gate to use at the Disney-MGM studios will be mailed to you during December."

I also noticed that the "Number of people in your party" selection on the ticket request form defaults to zero. I wonder how many requests they got for no tickets!


P.S. I saw some postings earlier saying that they didn't think the taping would affect park attendance.
