Guess What My Cat "Hater" DH Did???

Some of you know that we are trying to befriend and hopefully adopt a stray kitten that is in our neighborhood. We have been putting food out for it the past few days and we have seen the little guy/gal eat from it every day.
Well today is a rainy day in Pittsburgh, PA and the food that we had been leaving out was getting water-logged. Well my supposedly cat "hating" and very clever DH designed a little shelter for the food out of an empty gallon milk jug. It has worked very well keeping the food dry and my DDs saw the "our" little kittie from it tonight.
DH ALSO tells us that we are NOT getting a new kitty. Uh-huh...

I have a "cat-hating" DH like that too. Now I have to smile when I see him crooning at the two cats that we have.

My brother was like that too, until the kitty started taking care of the moles in their yard. Now he loves kitty and loves him to curl on his lap.

Yay for kitty....yay for full bellies for kitties.

Bill IS good folk Laura! Has to show his "tough side" sometimes. But when you are the only male in a household of females...well you HAVE to be a special kind of man to get along there!
