Don't give up hope. My DS found over $300 dollars in the pool at Hilton Head beneath the slide. He dove in, collected it all and turned it in to the recreation desk and hopefully the rightful owner checked there for it. Good people still exist and it's always possible a good person found it and turned it in - and it could be returned to you.
Hugs, Kadesha. I'm very sorry that you lost such a large bill. Maybe someone will turn it in? I would definitely ask the Disney park you were in to check.
Don't let it dampen your trip too much. Harder to do than to say, I know. Boo to anyone who is going to hold this over your head too. Things get misplaced or lost, especially when people are moving around in a theme park.
I lost a camcorder and an empty Mickey Mouse camera pouch (separate times) at WDW before. The camcorder was returned to the Animal Kingdom's Lost and Found, but the black Mickey Mouse camera pouch is still missing. Three Disney trips have gone by, and I haven't bought another one because I was sad about it being missing, and I finally made up my mind to buy a replacement at WDW this September. Good luck to you.
