hi all!!

i finally broke down and purchased our plane tickets!!!

WE ARE GOIN TO DISNEY!!! aug 11-15!!!!

i was so afraid that dh would not be able to go (we recently found out that he is going to be leaving again soon- he has been home one month). tonight i finally bit the bullet! lol

so i have....

rooms reserved & paid for (mariot 20.03 rate!!!)

rental car- dollar 119.00 for the week

plane tickets- southwest

ps's for the places we want to eat (cindys royal table, the mexican place in epcott, and the sci fi place

i have been buying fans and such here and there when i find them-

is there anything missing? anyone have any tips to a romantic fun time????? we are also going to universal one of the days- we are eating at tchop chop

i do have 1 question- how is transportation to and from mariot to the parks. i have no idea what we are supposed to do- should we drive in at all?

Don't forget the dollar tree rain ponchos. Sorry, I don't know about the transportation. Sounds like you did great on the hotel rate though!!! Have a wonderful time, it is wonderful to hear of people happy together - enjoy!

What great news!
We stayed at the Courtyard Marriot last year. (with the great rate!) Since we had our own car, we did not use the bus system. But, If I remember correctly...the buses ran on a regular/hourly schedule. You shouldn't have any problems with transportation.
The rooms were good size, and they had a "happy hour" every afternoon. ie free drinks. The staff was very nice.

We have rode the bus when we stayed at the Marriott. It does make stops at some of the
other hotels on the route. It wasn't too bad
though, I didn't mind the stops that much. I
also think you will like SW airlines. I fly
them every year, can't beat the price. I have
almost a 4 hour trip to get there, but it is
just part of our usual plan. Have fun!!!

hi i used a discount code i found on mousesavers i think... it took me a while to figure out what we wanted (days we were staying etc) that is what i ended up with.

i made the reservations over a month ago- i wish that i remembered more- sorry
