You are actually correct!

Characters in Flight (soaring up to 400 feet in the air) goes higher than ToT and EE, the tallest WDW in-park attractions.

It's in DTD, so obviously not a park.

It originally debuted in Disneyland Paris before it was brought to WDW in 2009 thus it's a "duplicate attraction".

Next time, I'll have to kick it up a notch! Awesome job!
