Guardians VQ for Deluxe 5/30

We are staying at Beach Club and two is us were on our phones trying to get a BG. At 6 PM for deluxe hours I was told it sold out in Three seconds. I am sure it sold out fast but having App problems because last night we stayed at Port Orleans and today checked into Beach Club but my phone still shows at Port Orleans. I’ve been to guest services twice to get fixed but they assured me in their shows correct. So not sure if that is why we could not get a boarding group or not. Tonight at 9 tapping into first ride will tell me if it really sold out in three seconds or I am not showing staying at Beach Club.
 
Did you check your room in MDE? If it should BCV, then the system should recognize you at that resort.

Yes we checked and went to guest services because in MDE still shows Port Orleans and not BC. They assured me it was a glitch and would be BC tomorrow but that didn’t help me if that was the case not getting a boarding group. He said our magic band opens hotel room at BC and we show there and MDE shows wrong.
 
Sorry. Sounds like Disney IT messed up your chance to get a VQ. If you try again, I hope you have better luck.

When you left Port Orleans, did you ask them to officially check you out? Or stop at BCV and make sure they checked you in?

I have found that sometimes during split stays the systems don’t change it if I don’t go to the front desk at my second resort to ensure we are indeed checked in.

This happened on our split-stay a few weeks ago, it didnt seem to impact MDE, but I had to get the magic-bands manually rescanned at the front desk because I had not officially checked out of the first hotel -
 
Just an update. We were able to enjoy deluxe hours at Epcot tonight even though our MDE still shows Port Orleans the hotel we stayed last night.

I did check out via app this morning at Port Orleans at 8AM and our BCV room was ready by noon. So I guess the virtual for guardians really did sell out in three seconds and my MDE was working fine even though wrong hotel listed. Guest services said should clear up in MDE by tomorrow. Maybe there is lag on updating in MDE so folks can enjoy any benefits on check out day.
