Our park reservations were always for Epcot- no changes were made. I ended up going to Guest Relations and they said there was a glitch that morning (Friday, 10/28). Plenty of people in there with the same issue.

I didn't have any issues the next day (Saturday).

We also had issues on Friday, GR refused to help even though we had screenshots and the CM suggested if happens again go to the front desk at 7?

Saturday was the start of a family reunion and my party of 3 had no issues getting a VQ at 7 but my sil party of 8 showed all had boarding groups on the app but 4 of the 8 wouldn't scan at the ride tapstyles. CM eventually sent them all ahead, but he was pretty condescending in telling my SIL to make sure she did things "properly" next time. Spent another hour at GR only for them to say that they could see 8 vq boarding groups.....

For background none of us are new to the parks or the apps, AP holders and DVC and have successfully done a vq for rise and GoG

Friday morning was a mess for our parties, too. We lucked out by being online when the system finally came back up, though.

The problem was it if was on MK and I changed it it would say i was not eligible for VQ. The next day I tried i logged in and out and my park said epcot and I had no issues. Just curious if anyone else had that issue.

Always. I always have MK show up as the park on the tip board. What park I have reservations for is not represented by the tip board initially. I have to select that myself. 100% of the time, since reservations began

I hope our next guardians doesn't get messed up. We really want the Christmas Version!
