We are going to Disney for one day in September. I was looking at the wait times today on the app and noticed it was closed today. Is this permanent or a one day thing? S

It has no stand by. don’t think they show wait times

I’m sure it’s temporary. If it were permanent it would be all over in Disney news land, such as these discussion forums.

Where did you see it listed as closed? Just curious. GotG doesn't currently have a standby line, so there is not a wait time to be posted. They use the Individual Lightning Lane (paid) option and the Virtual Queue (free) boarding group. Either way, you have a specific time to arrive in line.

Ah interesting. I have that app, but don't see GotG listed at all. Of course, the app store says last updated in 2020, so who knows, probably just out of date

If the ride is down, it will show under wait times on the app that it’s down. If the ride is up and running it won’t show anything since it’s virtual queue only.
