It says it sleeps 3 to 4. We have two adults and two kids - would we most likely receive a bunk bed? Or is there a chance we’d just have the bed and a pullout couch?

For 4 guests it will be the queen bed, Pullman-style sofa and a bunk that drops out of the ceiling. I think only concierge (and only on the classic ships) have a traditional sofa bed.

Concierge on the Dream had a pullout. My sister was on it and I had the bunk.

It could also be a room with a Murphy bed. Rooms with Murphy beds are the Family Deluxe stateroom category 4A-D I think. They sometimes have a bunk, sometimes a Murphy bed and sometimes both.

So, there are rooms that sleep 4 but don’t have the bunk bed.

If you book a guarantee verandah for 4, you will have the queen bed, a bed that drops down from the ceiling, and the sofa will turn into a single sofa bed. If you get really lucky and end up getting assigned a family verandah, in addition to all this you will also have a pullman bed come out of the wall that would then accommodate 5 in the room. Regardless, your two kids will each have their own bed and will not be sharing.
