guaranteed HH villa

We aren't dvc members anymore and are looking to go back to Disney after 3 long years. We might stay at OKW but I'm not sure because it's a huge resort. The last time we stayed there we had a guaranteed HH villa. Does anyone know if this is offered to the general public or is this only through DVC?

HH (near Hospitality House) is a DVC guaranteed booking category but is not available for reservations made thru DRC. You can certainly request a room "near the Hospitality House" if you are going thru DRC.
