GT rates for the Dream this summer?

It looks like some of the Dream sailing this summer still have a lot of availability. Looking at the GT thread it seems that last year at this time the GT rates were already announced. Can I expect GT rates at all or should I just give up searching?

Not expecting any in July. Moslt double dip cruises that will sell out.
