We checked our booking on-line this morning as you do to make sure everything was correct, when lo-and-behold THEY have changed our hotel
" Oh no" said DH "You'd better look at this" shakes head, so I did and rang them. They said that we had made the change on-line "No all we did was 'phone up last month to make a final payment and request an invoice (yes I know ) that was all-- no changes on-line from us!!" Huh we'll have to look at it they said and put me on hold , then asked when our latest invoice was dated so I told him quoting that our invoice stated All Star Movies NOT Music. Has this happened to anyone else who has booked with Virgin?
It's causing us alot of worry since we only have 10 and a half weeks to go, and we have had nothing in the way of a letter or invoice from them despite repeated requests. We are aware of the refurbs going on at Music and Sports when we are there which was why we picked Movies in the first place
