Grrr Surveys

I just spent the last 45 minutes taking a survey for a food item. They asked a lot os very specific questions. I had to review an item and really pick it apart and tell them what I thought. The company really got a lot of my information to help them with their product....real information they can use for their study. Then all of a sudden (after about 50 questions...no kidding) I am taken back to Sunshine Rewards saying I don't qualify. Now I did qualify for the first 45 minutes now all of a sudden I don't. I am not blaming SR AT ALL. I think that the company used the info that they needed then said I didn't qualify so they didn't have to pay.

The ONE thing that gets me through moments like that is that the main survey company says that if we don't get credit it's b/c THEY didn't get credit, b/c the survey wasn't actually submitted to the main company. I have to believe that, so I do, and it gets me through.

Thanks for the reply. I hope that the food company doesn't get my answers. They are a major brand and I spent so much time on it. Thanks again, it does make me feel better.

Goofy, I know exactly how you feel! There is nothing more frustrating then when you get into a survey and then just blatantly are "cheated" out of it.

I usually won't do them for a day or two out of frustration but then find myself trying again.
