If you check the operating schedule for HS on 11/19 there is no Fantasmic! Showing scheduled as it was cancelled as of the 5/9 operating schedule update. I am not sure how you could have a Fantasmic! dining package on a day when there is no Fantasmic! You might want to verify that.

I think it has something to do with those who booked free dining during the Visa release. Can't be sure but it seems the majority of people having issues booked over the phone (only way you could) during the Visa release. A few friends of mine who booked online during the GP release had no issues whatsoever. Weird!

I think you are probably right about the problems being related to the DV release. I booked then and can see all my days but can't make any reservations. I would be interested to know if anyone who booked during the GP offer is also having these technical problems.

I booked with the GP release.... not the Disney Visa promo & experienced the same problems others are having. I really think it's the same thing that happened when they released the GP free dining offer... the system(s) are just overloaded and too much data in/out. I don't ever recall being on hold for so long when I call in and it seems the server is overloaded when I try to get things online - constantly bumping out and/or not available.

Both I and my sister booked during the GP release. We have not been able to book online. It's an understatement to say it's been very frustrating. Every time I see a better time or make any change, it's another 45 minutes on hold.

I'm happy to report I had no issues this morning making all of our ADRs online. There were no MDE glitches that I noticed (thankfully!!) and I was able to get everything I wanted-including CRT and BOG!
