Grr.... Air Canada down

I was FINALLY ready to pull the trigger and book some flights. I get all the way through the flight selections, enter my kids' names (why doesn't their site keep them on file?), add in my credit card and whamo! An error. It took me two tries to finally phone Air Canada. Apparently there's a system-wide outage this evening. They couldn't even help me on the phone.

I just hope my flight prices aren't going to change by tomorrow morning. Grr. So stressful, I had to vent.

Reading the news this morning and it seems it affected everything! They even ended up canceling some flights due to the outage

Yeah, me and my booking woes got off easy. I wouldn't want to have been travelling last night... or working at any of the airports, either. Even the guy on the phone line, which was answered very quickly, seemed stressed.
