Grown up make a wish trip

Anyone have experience going on an adult make a wish like trip? If it happens for me, I would like advice please

I think there is something called the dream foundation that great wish to adults with cancer that has a life expectancy of less then one year. They great trips with in the US

Some have very specific guidelines or assistance/wishes they grant.
