Groups on separate DDPs

Hi, we're a group of 4 (1 room) that will be dining w/ a group of 2 (separate room, read: parents). We want to dine together, so even though we bought our DDP for 2A 2C, & my parents have their DDP for 2A, could I call to book the ADRs for all 6 of us so we get 1 table for 6? (I know Id have to prepay for CRT)...

Also, when the bill comes, will the wait person run through each DDP card, then we could pay tip/OOP? Im expecting the 18% tip will be automatic which is fine....
