Group Ticket with MDE

Good morning,

My daughter performed with her orchestra at WDW one week before the shutdown. (Whew!) Her group package included a 2-Day ticket, but she is already an AP holder so I had her use her AP. The group organizers made FP+ reservations for everyone, including my daughter, so they must have added her to a MDE account.

With the closure, this unused group ticket has now been extended until Dec. I would like to let my mother-in-law use it, but I can't add it to MDE since it shows already added to another account.

Does anyone know the best way to go about getting this ticket moved to my MDE account? I'm sure the group organizer will need to do something on his end, but I don't really know what to ask him to do.

Does anyone have any experience with a situation similar to this?

Call Disney.

In most "normal" cases, the person who "owns" and controls the MDX account to which the ticket was issued must do the transfer.

HOWEVER... Due to the "kind" of ticket that this MIGHT be (we can't tell from here,) it may not be possible to transfer it to someone not a part of the "group."
 
If it's linked to her in another MDE account, you would need to connect via Friends and Family and have whomever is controlling the other account transfer it to her profile in your MDE account.
