I can't help with your specific software but I can give you general tips.
Try to see if you can open your "canvas" in transparent form. This will make things so much easier.
Most designers save the frames in GIF format. I am assuming you have no problem saving the designs to your computer.
1. Open up the frame you wish to use.
2. Somewhere on your toolbar there should be a tool called "magic erase" or something to that effect, click on it.
3. Now go to the middle of the frame and click. The center should be clear.
(if all you have is a plain erase feature you will have to go to the center of
of the frame and erase manually).
4.Open up the photo you would like to use.
5.The photo might come up and cover the frame -don't worry.
6. Somewhere on your tool bar-either on the top or side you should see a label called "Object",click on the label and a pull down menu will appear. Go down the list to "Arrange" and then you should have an option that says "put image in back or backwards".
7. Your picture should appear behind the frame. All you have to do is position the picture within the frame.
8. Now if everything looks Okay, click on "Object" and go down to Merge.
9. Save you frame and then print it out.
I hope I at least gave you a general direction to go in. There should be somebody on the boards that has your specific software that can be more helpful. Good Luck!
