I use photoimpact but can't seem to get my picture inside frames like this. Any tips?

I only know Photoshop, but with a frame like this, I open a new blank file, and then add ("place") the frame and a picture as separate layers. I make sure the picture layer is under the frame layer. Make sure you've got the frame saved as a gif file.

I hope that helps or someone with PhotoImpact can be more specific for you
