Group of 16 - Tips or Advice for Parks?

We are traveling with a large group of family members - 16 - and I was wondering if anyone had any helpful or moneysavings hints or tips?? I called today for PS at the princess breakfast at Epcot and they are having group services call me back. Our dates are Aug 31 to Sept 5.

You will have to split up, there is no way to keep that many people, of varying ages, together and happy. Bring walkie-talkies so you can keep in touch and get back together for meals and shows (like Fantasmic) that everyone will enjoy. Limit sitdown meals to one per day to save time and money. Bring in your own snacks. And.....have a GREAT time!!!
