group meet during gay days?

Thursday will be crowded that week too, as you will have all the gay CMs mixed in with the already large crowd. Although I hear that Friday is someone here's B-day...

I say Thursday evening.. a quick bite or something at a place like EoS .. then hit PI for the busiest night that week probably.

That should be lots of trouble. And if anyone needs to shed the group to make new friends.. they can.

My wife and I will be having food and drinks at Ragalan Road and then we will hit the Adventurers Club. It is her first time for both and I have been looking forward to going again since Mousefest. PI is going to be crazy that night.

Dinner for a large group is unweildy anyway.

Maybe more like a cocktail hour.. something like that.

For later when the group HITS P-I - I like to hit 8Trax first... those CopaCabana's are awesome!

The folks start lining up at Mannequins about 9pm, but 8TRAXX and Motion are a bit easier to get into. Last year they had the "Gaydays Central" at Motion with their "Red Pride" party. They had special drinks and entertainment (seeing 4 muscular men in nothing but tights swinging off a 10' pipe cube...yummy!!)

Since dining with a large party of people is unwieldy at best.. why not just a cocktail mixer on the top floor of 8Trax around 8pm or so on Thursday?

That way whether 3 or 13 people show up -- it's all good!

Of course.. if individuals wanna make plans to have dinner together -- why not?

Sounds good to me too. I forget what our ADRS are that night but I will look it up later. I think its LeCellier at 5ish so we should have plenty of time to eat and make it to 8trax for 8.

Well how about meeting a place that quieter so everyone can say hello then moving to 8trax, etc. Or meet at Adventurer's Club, since that place is much quieter.
