Group event--hotel, dinners, etc.

I'm planning an event with 15-20 people next year where I'd like to arrange a block of rooms, a private dinner in the Napa Rose private room (I think there is one), etc. Has anyone any recommendations about this from experience? I think I've found the right office to call. Any tips appreciated!

Nape rose does have a private dining room that can seat up to 30 people. I've never reserved it though so I have no experience to help you with. But the food there is very good from past experience in the main dining room.
