Ground Transportation on WDW Buses

I did search but did not find what I was looking for, so apologies if covered elsewhere.

Are masks still required on WDW buses?

How crowded do they get now at peak times? I recall many times pre-Covid standing cheek-by-jowl with people - is it now "back to normal" ?

And if they are still limiting how full they pack the bus, how often do you see a bus too full to take more and pull away so you have to wait for the next one or two or three

We are staying at AKL Kidani for this trip

Yes. Masks are required on buses.
They do get crowded. Cheek to jowl is back.
I did see buses fill up and pull away but it seems to be the same as before the pandemic - when the park closes everyone lines up.
I did see two buses marked as in training.
