After reading and reading numerous threads on transportation from LAX to Anaheim, I just booked Super Shuttle for our means of arrival and departure from LAX.

Used code QWEST and saved 10%

This was really a tough decision because there are so many reviews both good and bad about all the different transportation services.

It's only two of us and we just want to get in a vehicle and get to our hotel for the least amount of money, paying upfront to have one less thing to worry about , and to get there and back on time. Super Shuttle seems to at least do that.

Going in I understand it is a shared ride service and we may loop the airport several times when we first arrive. We are in no rush to get to the hotel as check in isn't until 3 and we arrive at 11am.

I just want to be sure we get back to the airport for our flight home on time and picked the earliest of the pick up time choices they gave me. If we have to pick up others than we should still be okay even with traffic.

We did use Super Shuttle in Tampa Fl several years ago with no problem.

Please someone tell me I made a good decision.
Does anyone have anything good to say about them? Reviews on Yelp make them look like that worst company out there.

I have used them twice with absolutely no problems. It has never taken more than 10 minutes to show the SS guy my reservation, get our bags into the shuttle and be on our way.

The first time we were a group of 3 staying at the Anaheim Hilton and were the 2nd group dropped off (3 groups in the shuttle, the DLH group was dropped off first). It probably took about 50 minutes from airport to hotel.

The second time we were a group of 6 staying at the BWPPI and were the first group dropped off (there was only one more group with us at the time). Probably 40-45 minutes from airport to Hotel.

Pick up both times went smoothly. We picked the middle pick up time and got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Both times we still had an hour plus wait after clearing security and getting to the gate.

Jumping on this post too because It's the last thing I have to book for our trip next month. I can find pros and cons to every single one and I still haven't decided LOL.

I've used both the Disneyland Shuttle and Super Shuttle for my transportation to and from LAX from Grand Californian Villas.

The first time I went to DL, I took the Disneyland Shuttle. It was fine, but it only picks up once an hour from LAX and doesn't start doing returns to LAX until around 6am. If you miss it when you land, you have to wait another hour to catch the next one.

The next two times I went to DL, I took Super Shuttle to and from LAX. I didn't have to wait long when I landed to get the shuttle and was at GCV in a reasonable amount of time(the trip from LAX can take about an hour depending on traffic). I had early flights going back both times and needed to be picked up at 4:30am to make my flight. I didn't have any problems either time. Yes, we did make two other stops but I always leave enough time and we got to LAX in plenty of time. I always take Super Shuttle whenever I'm in a city that has one. I also always pre-pay online. So far, I've been very pleased with their service.
