Ground Transportation from Disney Music Resort

We're arriving the night before our cruise in April. I have set up transportation from Disney Music Resort to the port. Does anyone know around what time they pick up? I want to plan activities if we have to wait until early afternoon. This is the first cruise for my 3 kids and I. Super excited. Thanks.

Pick up at WDW resorts are generally in the 10:45-12:30 window. Although it can be a little earlier or a little later. You will receive a letter in your room the night before (usually late in the evening) telling you what time to have your (checked) bags ready, inside your room, for pickup (usually around 8:00 am). And telling you where/when to check in for the bus. Schedules are set up based on how many people from which resorts need transport. Each bus may stop at up to 3 resorts before heading for the port.
