Ok, these aren't the best options, but for one night, would you choose Grosvenor or Seralago? Why? Or do you have another suggestion?

For a single night it's a toss-up.

The rooms at the Grosvenor are at least a decade behind in renovation yet are (usually) clean. It should be tolerable for a single night. Seralgo's rooms are much more moderized but are simply basic motel accomodations (in other words, very little advantage for a single night stay). Neither hotel has a spactacular pool and both have advantageous locations (Grosvenor = walking distance to Downtown Disney & Seralgo = inexpensive resturants and Old Town).

You didn't list the rates, but chances are the Grosvenor will be significantly more. Don't forget about their B.S. $9 nightly resort fee. Truthfully using all resources you can get a better deal elsewhere (than these hotels). But what date are you looking at? And what do you desire (just a place to stay, a good location, a good pool, etc.)?

It's actually for tomorrow night. Either $49 for Serlago or $59 for Grosvenor. Only purpose is to sleep, so all we have to do is drive over to Pop Friday morning.

Seralgo looks to be the best deal. The Grosvenor is about $20+tax more (including the resort fee) and not at all worth it (rooms are inferior).

If you want to go the Priceline route, bid $41 for a 2.5* hotel (it will be the DoubleTree Club Lake Bunea Vista, at the enterance to Downtown Disney) or $45 for the 3* Sheraton Safari (a few blocks from the Club). Better hotels than the Seralgo for a few dollars less (including fee).

Thank you! We went with the Safari place.

The Sheraton Safari is excellent when gotten on Priceline. It also has the sweet sleeper beds.

Between the 2 you mentioned though, I'd go w/ Seralago because of the price. If it's only for 1 night- clean, modern, and basic would be just fine.
