I hope the city of Durham or whatever county was prosecuting has to pay the student's families back every penny of the money they spent on the defense. I read a while back that Seigleman's parents were spending $20,000 a month on defense attorney fees.

The legal fee's, the lost class time, the lost Wall Street Job one of them had, it's just terrible for the boys and their family's.... Nifong should be disbarred IMHO and held personally responsible... not even having ever interviewed the victim...

I agree. I think the accuser should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I hope she gets charged to. Not just for what she did to those boys but also because anytime someone falsely accuses someone of commiting rape it makes it a lot harder for girls who were actually rapped to be believed.

Jesse Jackson did promise to pay the college tuition of the accuser. I do hope he sticks with that promise and it is well publicized. I think its important for everyone to see what a hypocritical race hustler he is.

I just heard a statement from the AG who said that it has been the result of "an over reaching district attorney". I hope that opens the flood gates for some type of financial recovery for these boys.

I just hope that not only does the parents of these wrongly accused boys get reimbursed for all their legal fees and then some, but that DA Mike Nifong is disbarred and fired from his job. He should be flipping burgers not practicing law after this terrible thing he has done to those boys. He actually withheld important evidence so it wouldn't hurt his case. The media should also be forced to apologize and pay some restitution as well. In the early days of this case they basically tried and convicted these boys in the court of public opinion. This whole case was disturbing on so many levels and makes me wonder what would have happened if these parents didn't have the financial means to fight back? I see as usual, those two hustlers Sharpton and Jackson who had a hand in smearing those boys, will be silent now that the true facts are out. I'm sure they will get a free pass on this one, but I hope they pay their share as well.
