Groom's Cake/Bakery Question

My FMIL wants to get a groom's cake for our DP the night before the wedding. She has been in touch with our WP who is working with the Disney baker to try and make what she wants. Since our DP is at Fantasmic, she wanted to have a Sorceror's hat with the two Mickey Ears. This would be standing up kind of like a cone shape (a 3-D version), rather than laying flat on the table. The Disney baker said he couldn't do that, but could make a 2 tier cake with a sorceror's hat on the top. Does anyone know of any bakers in the Orlando area that could make something like what she wants and who would deliver to Disney? If not, she'll go with Disney's idea, but I thought I would at least try. Thanks!

I don't think you can bring in food from anywhere else because of Disney's health polices. I think Disney would have to make the cake.
