Last time we went we got our groceries at the Food 4 Less on Katella and Euclid. Are there any other grocery stores close to Disneyland that you would recommend? We like to stock our hotel with food when we first get there.

There's a walmart neighborhood market on W. Ball Rd (where it meets E. Ball Rd) and Anaheim Blvd. Not very far at all, especially depending on where you're staying. There's also a target on Harbor.

Vons (albertsons) will deliver to your hotel room for free if you buy $50 of stuff :) I also think there's a Vons north of the park off of Harbor somewhere

Thank you for asking this question!! We too like to stock up on snacks and breakfast items in our hotel room. Last time we stopped at a store that ended up being much further away from our hotel than we thought. A Walmart neighborhood market would be perfect for what we need.
I think I read somewhere that all grocery stores now charge to put your items in bags??

That is correct. In CA there is now a bag charge (usually like 10 cents per bag, can very by store I believe). They are heavy duty reusable plastic bags though. If you'd like to avoid this at the grocery store i'd suggest bringing a few bags with you. I have noticed that it really only applies to grocery stores though, and certain other stores will also charge for bags. I know in San Francisco almost every where charges for bags.

The Vons delivery is the way to go if you don't have a car or want to waste time shopping if your going to be spending more than 50 dollars. Otherwise I would drive to Target on Harbor Blvd.

All stores charge for bags (unless they are like TJ Maxx or Marshall or any place that only sells clothing/home goods like Kohls). Any place with food charges for bags essentially.

I agree with the Target/Walmart/Vons delivery mentioned above :)
