We had been going to the Publix on 192 which we liked, but our last trip in October we tried the new one behind the Outlets - can't think of the outlets name right now. Anyway, I don't know if it was because it was new, but the meat and produce wasn't that great. By the number of cars each time we went, it seemed like people weren't aware of it yet. I was wondering if anyone has been recently and what they thought.

We've gone to the new Win-Dixie a mile or so from the Crossroads plaza on Rte 535. We thought that was sufficient enough for our needs. Don't think that's the one you spoke about but FYI anyway.

I was at the new Publix in October. I was very disappointed by the produce. So much so (the grapes were rotten and they had no bananas) that I left without buying. I generally like Publix (192 and Champions Gate are both nice), but the new one was not, at the time, up to the same standard.

I know this may not be the most popular place...but count me as a wal mart guy...it is simply one stop shopping, and the prices are always reasonable...if you dont mind crowds.

I used the Winn-Dixie in Dec.it was close. I also got the discount card and saved even more.
