Grocery store nearby?

I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, but know someone will be able to help. We are staying at SSR and we'll have a kitchen in our villa. I want to buy snacks and maybe some breakfast foods for our stay. When I was in Orlando 6 years ago I knew there was a shopping plaza across the street from the road that leads to DTD. Does anyone know if there is a grocery store there? Thanks!

There is a Goodings at Crossroads Plaza which I think is the one you are thinking about. I avoid it like the plague though...way too much $$$. If you come from the road from Disney and Crossroads Plaza is right in front of you, turn left instead and not too far down (maybe a mile or so?) on the right is a Winn Dixie. This is where we went in Sept. There is a nice Publix as well by the Premium Outlets. Someone can probably give you "real" directions to these places!

The absolute best place for groceries (and everything else) is the Super Wal-Mart. It is literally only a couple of miles from the main entrance to WDW. If you go to the Wal-Mart website you can get directions from there. All I know is that if you follow the street it takes you right there, no turns, nothing! It's also very new and very much caters to the tourist.
