My DW and I will arrive at MCO, rent a car and head to BWV. We would like to stop at a grocery store along the way. Which grocery woulg you guys suggest?

Instead of shopping for our groceries we use gardengrocer.com. They deliver directly to your hotel. No worry about stopping and shopping when you're on vacation. Just shop online at home before your trip. How much easier could it be? Enjoy your vacation.:flower3:

Take the Orange Blossom exit, if you exit to the south there is a Super Target with a really nice grocery selection, if you exit to the north there is an Albertson's. Closer to Disney there is a very nice Publix on International Drive. Here's a map showing some grocery locations close to Disney.

We like the Publix on International drive. It is on our way and they have a good selection of fresh produce and the bakery is good there.

We like to stop at Super Target off Orange Blossom Trail. I think it is exit 11 off 417. It is easy on and off the toll road - just have 50 cents for the exact toll. :)

There are also some Super Wal-Marts not far out of the way. And a Costco.

We always load up on the way in and probably save $200 a week on bottled water, soda, beer, wine, milk, bagels, fruit, bread, cheese, coffee, breakfast stuff, snacks, etc.

Do the grocery stores like Publix, Albertsons, Wal-Mart, Target, etc. also sell wine, beer and liquor?

The Super Wal-Mart sells wine and beer. Can't remember for sure about liquor, but I don't recall seeing it.

There's a Winn-Dixie near SSR (go to the road in front of Downtown Disney, turn left, and turn left again at the "T", and it's on the right maybe a mile down) that has an "ABC Liquor" store in an outbuilding in the parking lot. That's where I go.

Whatever you do, don't buy wine in the food courts at WDW. That is, unless you have no sense of taste or smell.
