Grocery store at resorts

OK I have ordered groceries from wegoshop, but what happens if I run out of stuff. We are not renting a car, so I won't be able to drive to a grocery store and we are staying at AKV. Do all of the resorts have small grocery stores?? IF so, does AKV yet since the rooms that are currently available are convereted hotel rooms??
