Grocery stop question

For the FL Tour towncar, they say they have a free grocery stop. Can you pick, does it matter? I think this might be the selling point for us; we have food allergy issues and a grocery stop for some rice milk and other edibles would make a huge difference for us. I don't think I can pack a toaster in my luggage, but having cereal and fruit in the mornings would save us enough $$ to justify the towncar, I'm sure.

This is for my trip after the upcoming one. Mom and I are taking the girls to Disney in May, and we'll be flying in, which I've never done. I'm a little nervous, actually, to be navigating and managing Disney without my DH...but I'm sure it'll be terrific. I want it to go as smoothly as possible, and it looks like FL Tours TC will be the way to go for that.

Generally speaking you can't pick the grocery store but you can request a larger chain that should carry your brands. My dd is wheat and milk allergic and I have always been able to find the products she likes at both publix and alberstons. Perhaps a quick call or e-mail for a special request would be in order in your case. Then you can hit the website to see what brands they carry.

Check out www.allearsnet.com as Deb has a great site with information on dining with allergies. Every restaruant especially the sit down type can accomodate most types of dietary restrictions so go ahead and check it out.

I love having a few things in the room for breakfast and some lunches, heck sometimes we have sandwiches for dinner!

I have done WDW alone with my two dd's many times without dh and a car and it has been wonderful. No worries = have a great time.

we used Tiffany for our last weekend trip. We told the driver what we were looking for and he stopped where he thought we could find it. Worked out great. He was even waiting by the exit of the grocery store and carried all our purchashes to the towncar. Awesome service...wish I could get it here at home LOL.
