is it expensive to order from garden Grocer.....Delivery fee ect....

I think the prices are reasonable considering the convenience of having the groceries delivered right to your resort. We like snacks and drinks in our rooms at night and it's much cheaper than buying items in the parks or resort shops. We also bought breakfast items and will probably just eat one or two meals in the parks each day.

Another thumbs up for garden grocer. We use them every trip.

Without having to cook on vacation, we usually get bread, cheese, lunch meat, and PB+J, and make sandwiches. Saves us enough money over Disney quick service prices that it makes me feel a lot less guilty about paying for a daily table service meal.

Also, (if it is your thing) garden grocer will deliver beer or wine, at a price that is significantly cheaper than purchasing at a park or your resort. It's pretty nice to have a glass of Chardonnay on the balcony after a long day at the parks...
