Grocery Order

Hey Folks,

We are staying at SSR next week and planing our grocery order, do we need to put any notes on our grocery order or just put the order delivered to the hotel address and obviously it would have my name on the order. We are ordering a some fridge items and 1 freezer item.

Just your name is fine as long as your name is the one your reservation is under. The resort will hold everything with bell services until you pick it up or request it once you're in your room. They will refrigerate anything that needs it. They probably can freeze, too, especially since you're staying at SSR. We've never ordered anything frozen. so I can't say for sure. Anyone know?
