Grocery Delivery

Hello everyone! I will be checking into copper creek next week and won't have a car. I've been so many times since re opening from covid but went and bought my own groceries so my question is will the delivery service still drop off sat bell service and then bell service bring to our villa? Thanks all

I’ve had deliveries at bay lake, and grand Floridian and grand Californian and I’ve had t to come meet the groceries. I’m pretty sure that they won’t accept it for you. Maybe they’ll help you bring it all up though after you accept it?

Last September we stayed at Copper Creek and I used the Publix delivery app/Instacart. I had to meet the delivery driver in the lobby and then I asked bell services to bring it up to my room for me (tipped them). I heard garden grocers were the only ones that delivered where you didn’t have to meet them in the lobby but could’ve been mid-informed.

Yes! We had groceries delivered to Bay Lake this past December (Amazon Prime Now)- they were left with bell services & we asked them to bring it up; and we had groceries delivered to the Riviera last November (Walmart) & this March (Amazon Prime Now)- Nov was a debacle, as it was required to be sent to their deliveries area & we had an inexperienced driver, but March was a non-issue and went very smoothly retrieving from bell services.

We were not charged any fees by bell services either time for accepting our items for us, and we were happy to tip them when we asked for delivery to our room

We were at Jambo House and SSR last week and had groceries delivered to both with no issues. We used instacart to order from Publix. In the comments section we added a note for the shopper to leave with bell services.

I believe Prime Now will drop off groceries without you present, unless there is alcohol in the order. At the Beach Club, I was told they’d sign for me, but then I got a call from the Prime driver who said they could not leave the package unless I was there to sign for it. It’s probably safest to plan for being present at the time of delivery.

A month ago, I was charged $5 I think on my folio, even though I was there to receive the package. However, since there was quite a bit, I had bell services deliver it to my room (Carriage House to Paddock is a pretty long way), and maybe that’s why I was charged.

We have had Dizzy Dolphin deliver for us to OKW, BWV and most recently Kidani village with no issues..smjj..ºoº

Same experience using Instacart at SSR, AKV and BWV... EXCEPT if you are ordering liquor, in which case you must meet your shopper when they deliver.
