Grocery delivery

I've been looking at a couple different grocery delivery sites and notice that the prices, as expected, are quite a bit more than I pay at home. But my question is this - Are the prices higher than or comparable to what I will pay if I go to Publix/Walmart, etc when I arrive? If the prices aren't too far off, it would just make sense to use the delivery service. Thanks.

When I shop for groceries at Walmart and Publix near Disney, the prices seem the same as what I pay at those stores near my house.

I always unload our car at the resort, then make a grocery run after the kids are in bed. I am usually back in the room with the groceries in an hour and 15 minutes or so.

I like being able to use coupons, take advantage of bogo items and just making an impulse vacation purchase of a treat I may run across.
