Grocery delivery to VGC?

Hi All,

We've many times had groceries delivered at WDW and know from whom to order, but we've never done this at DLR. Could anyone please tell me if folks do this and, if so, from whom do you order? Amazon? Instacart? Other local?

We were just there last week and did it through Amazon Fresh (we are Prime members). We live 1 hr from WDW so typically go there more too. It was seamless re delivery to VGC. You can track on Amazon app and the delivery person actually came up to our room with the cart. You can pick a 2 hr delivery window for free with Prime or 1 hr delivery window for $5. All packaged very nicely. Highly recommend!!

We use the hotel address - they brought it right into the lobby & the bellman brought it to our rooms. You have to be present to pick up & sign if you ordered any alcohol.

We just used the hotel address (as mentioned above) and the driver called us when he was in the lobby with our order. I would also notate that we were hotel guests in Room #___, so that the driver could tell the gate security person our last name & room to confirm he was actually delivering to a guest, etc.

I am having a hard time figuring out Vons. When I go online I put the closest store to Disney and it says that they don't deleiver, but send me to the Albertsons site. Is this what you did?

All these stores (Safeway, Vons, Albertsons, Pavilions) are the same company, and use the same login. The delivery window was 8AM - Noon (cheapest option), which was before I even planned to arrive. Delivery was contracted to DoorDash, and the driver called just before delivery. Instructed the driver to leave items with Bell Services (also noted on original order).

Yep! As stated above, Pavillions will handle the order for delivery. When I just started adding items to my grocery list for our upcoming trip it re-directed me to Pavillions for a delivery date, even though the stores I could choose from were either Vons or Albertsons. I recommend downloading the Pavillions app and starting your order from there. As previously said, same parent company.
