Grocery Delivery to Poly question

We are thinking about having bottled waters and snacks delivered during our Poly stay in a few weeks. Will bell services deliver to our room if we aren’t in the room or do we have to be in the room to accept the delivery? I understand there is a $6 fee for room delivery.

You have to physically be in the room for Bell Services to delivery items (luggage, grocery deliveries, etc). You occasionally hear a report otherwise around these parts, but leaving things in the room without anyone there is not normal protocol.

Also note (in case you haven't already), some delivery services can leave items with Bell Services but others you need to meet the delivery driver yourself.
