Grocery Delivery suggestion

I used Kroger delivery in January and everything was great except the avocados were like diamonds.

We use Dizzy Dolphin. Nice thing about them is you can place a order for alcohol and have it delivered without having to stay around to sign for it as many require if they deliver at all. This then allows you to go off and do whatever. We always have wine and beer in our food order and they do verify age prior to deliver in the ordering process. We have used them several times now with no issues. They are very easy to work with and respond to questions promptly.

We've used Instacart most trips we make to WDW, and it's been very good for us - not perfect all the time, but excellent customer service if we did have any issues. They even contact us via texting when they are shopping, so we can see if anything is out of stock and approve a replacement. We're hesitant to try any of the other services!

can you get alcohol with Kroger delivery?
Do not know the answer to this but thought I would mention that many will deliver alcohol but require you to be there to sign for it. This is why we like Dizzy Dolphin, they do not. You are free to go and do whatever until your room is ready and you can get your order from GS. Dizzy Dolphin verifies your age in the ordering process. This allows us to go to the parks or DS and not have to leave someone behind to sign for our order because we have wine or beer in the order..

We've only used instacart. Have had mostly good orders. One mistake where the shopper didn't know the difference between parsley and cilantro and another when they picked out not great grapes. Otherwise, been pretty accurate.
They typically have also texted me a photo of my grocery bags and the number of bags and let me know of any substitutions. I like using Instacart as it remembers my orders from a year ago and I can start from that list and modify. I find that all my orders have always been early.

Check out Dizzy Dolphin. They’re a small independent business, and they allow you to get stuff from multiple places. For example, if you want groceries and also want some flowers for your room and a dozen donuts and coffee from Dunkin, they’ll handle all of that.
Web site is a little wonky, but speaking with them, and they handle everything.

I’ve also used Amazon and Garden Grocer. Amazon had not great customer service, and it was hard to communicate with drivers as none of them have spoken English thus far. (All seemed to speak Spanish, so if you know Spanish, you’re fine.)
Garden Grocer had great customer service, but they’re very pricey and selection is limited, in my opinion.

I had a Walmart driver text me in Spanish letting me know he was on his way. At least that’s what I assumed it said. I went down to lobby and groceries showed up, so I guessed correctly.
