Grocery Delivery Options

As of September AK didn’t charge us any fee to have Garden Grocer deliver to our resort. We also ordered enough to wave the GG delivery fee. It needed up being cheaper than other options we looked at.

I'm just back from a Copper Creek stay and used Garden Grocer but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It was a small order and they got numerous things wrong and I've been chasing a refund since before my trip. Very shady.

Another vote for Amazon Prime Now. We used them twice over our 9 day trip, and both experiences were fantastic!

I know this looks like it has been answered, but I just want to be clear, Amazon Prime Now delivers to Bell Services and not directly to the room? I've been thinking of using them and want to make sure I know what to expect. Thanks!

Yes. When I have used them, they have called me to let me know that they are pulling up to the front soon. I have just met them there, but I am sure they could just drop stuff off with bell services.

We've used Garden Grocer twice and were very happy. The last 2 visits, we rented a car, so stopped at a grocery store on the way. Not quite as convenient as having the groceries waiting for you. But no delivery fee. Probably purchased more than we would have online as well.

We used Dizzy Dolphin on our trip last Sept and were very happy with their service! The prices seemed cheaper than GG and also GG didn't have the pop we were wanting (coke zero).

You have to wait, as their stock of supplies and availability of drivers changes from dat to day.

Since product selection changes often with Prime Now depending on what they have on hand when the order is placed, I'd simply wait and place the order and schedule the time no sooner than they day before you need it to be delivered.

And a reminder that Amazon Prime and Amazon Prime NOW are two different things. For Prime NOW there is a separate phone app to download, though you use your regular Amazon Prime login info and it accesses your Amazon account.

On the day we landed I waited until I was within my 2 hour window (in the afternoon) and was told there were no more scheduled deliveries for the day. I waited until the next morning and placed a time for later that afternoon when I knew I would be in/around the villa and the groceries were delivered to bell services at BLT within that 2 hour time frame.

I like to preload my order so I can place it right when I am on Magical Express. I agree though, that the 2 hour window does not always work. You can also pay something like $8 to get it within an hour which can work better for some schedules.

Our extended family did both Prime Now AND Garden Grocer on our trip earlier this month! My parents roomed with my sister and her baby so they ordered all the diapers and baby food things from Garden Grocer and were blown away by the great customer service. We have used GG in the past but decided to give Prime Now a chance since it had everything I wanted to order. It was easy to preload my cart and then just hit "order" when we wanted it delivered. I can see myself using either service in the future depending on how much pre-planning I do and if I want to order beer and wine for the room (not currently offered on Amazon).

Just tried Instacart for Publix grocery delivery. They messed up the order and delivery time. They won't leave the order at the front desk so they just cancelled the order. Refund takes 7 days. I highly recommend you find another service for your grocery delivery.

Another vote for Green Grocers. We have used them at list 4 times, no problem. Easy to use, no fees for us.

We've always used GG. The customer service has always been fantastic! We like the fact that we don't have to be present for delivery, and that includes alcohol. I've heard a lot of great things about Dizzy Dolphin. Do they leave food and alcohol with Bell Services??
