Grocery Deliveries.

we've used garden grocer twice now and love it. until i was planning last year's trip i didn't even know about ordering groceries to be delivered. it's great. we get the basic dining plan and use it for lunch and dinner. so we order breakfast foods,snacks and water for the room. that way we can eat at our own pace and not have to battle the lines in the am with everyone else. we get up we eat we dress and go.

we did have one issue in april, our milk turned sour. we were at the bottom of one,so no big deal. i opened the other one and it had gone bad a week before the date. called up gg and within 3 hrs we had a brand new milk delivered to us.

This was what I was wondering. We are going with GardenGrocer and we will definitely not be in the room when our groceries will be delivered. So if we use a credit card to pay for our groceries, will they charge my credit card an additional 10% when they deliver to bell services? That's what I was going to tip anyway so it's not a big deal. I just want to know how it works. Of course, I will have to tip bell services too.

We use Garden Grocer and always have them deliver to bell services. When you place the order there is an option to add a gratuity at checkout. I add in a tip there and have never been charged an additional 10%. However, I always tip more than 10% so I'm not sure what would happen if the amount you put in at checkout was less than that.

Has anyone had gardengrocer deliver to SSR? On their site, it lists several resorts where they'll leave groceries with bell services, but SSR isn't on there.

We stayed at SSR this past August and used Garden Grocer. They delivered it to bell services. It was put in cold storage, and when we arrived, it came to our room with us. Highly recommend them.
