She's currently being investigated for coupon fraud, and from what I have read, this isn't her first time of being in trouble for this. Another DIS'er has posted a great blog with photos of her shopping trip, the products she bought and the Q's that she used. Really hard to argue with photo evidence!!!

I googled it. It says she used coupons that don't match the products she was buying. But what I'd like to know is how she got away with it. If I accidentally use a wrong coupon the computer won't allow the coupon. They always beep, and then I have to either look thru the bags and show the cashier my product I'm buying or they won't allow it to go through. Sometimes the coupons say it is for a particular size or larger and I have a smaller size or something, so it has happened a few times to me, but the computer won't let it go thru without a manual override. So isn't the store at fault for allowing this also?

She is using coupons for the incorrect product like a 50 cent coupon for a single yogurt when it should be used for a 4 pack. There is a 5 dollar coupon for a windex kit and she used it for a single regular bottle. Things like that.

I wonder if ( Target ) I think that is where she was shopping, if the store allowed it for publicity. Wont say for sure but hard to know for sure.

Just wanted to share about the great deals at a local supermarket!! First they have this MEAL DEAL ,youbuy the meat and 5 fixings are free !! Last week I got a Jennio's boneless turkey breast for 11.99 and got free 1 2lt. Pop, 1 box of stuffing , a large container of mashed potatoes, free frozen veg. and 8 rolls , fed 6 people easily and was delish !!The other thing is they have a point system for getting money of their gas per gallon. Well they give you 10 extra points for EACH coupon you useI am already up to 30c and well on the way to 40c !! Have till May 7th so I am gonna get me some cheap gas !!!

I really hope you like them! They are great bags-durable and large. I too love that they are so colorful and help me get into the spirit of spring. I thought the one with all the drawings from the school kids was neat and a great way to get kids to think about healthier diets and better food choices

Target is the hardest store to coupon at in my area. There is a store manager who sees people with their coupons and he is at the register assisting the cashier to make sure no one uses a coupon they are not suppose to be using. I have to pull my product out and prove that the coupon is for that product all the time. Just my two cents.
