Hmmmm.....DisneyJan, dost thou speak of the Lions team with the record of 0-12 beating my MN Vikings? Hmmmmm....... Now normally I would strongly disagree with you, but.........I just heard that our "Williams Wall" (Pat and Kevin Williams who are Pro Bowlers) was suspended by the League for the last four games of the season so you might possibly be right. I think we barely beat you earlier in the season. I can hear the true Lions fans cheering already. (Believe me, I can relate to "stupidly faithful and ever hopeful" since I'm a Vikings fan through and through and we share that same stupid faith and hope in our team!)

Ok, I like football too, but I'm not a die hard fan, so you'll think this is funny, I'm sure. When I read this message I thought to myself, "ok, I don't get it, is she talking about bowlers (pins, alley & shoes) that are suspended and what do they have to do with the Vikings?" Then, duh, I get it, the Pro Bowl!!! In Hawaii right?

Yep, that was in Sept. We had this news lady walk up to us after we took this picture and she asked if we wanted to go on camera and give our opinion about the game being blacked out (on cable) if not all of the seats were sold. We said..."umm, we're from out of town", and she said "oh, ok, and walked away." Also, I nearly got run over (slight exagerration) by the light rail system right after that. We walked back to our car, and saw the train coming, but the lights were not flashing, so my friend says "c'mon". Of course the minute we stepped onto the track the lights start flashing and bells start going...scared the crapola out of us!
I have to say that downtown Minneapolis is pretty awesome. I love all the skywalks and outdoor cafes. Very chic! We went to a comedy club downtown, forget the name now, but that was fun too.

I am really sorry Rosalie, I was thinking it was last week that was optional to send, and my week was so crazy I didn't even cut coupons. I just went back and read Corinna's newsletter and saw it was this week that was optional. I had my husband mail your envelope yesterday on his way to work, so hopefully you will get it soon! Thanks for letting me know! My boys (DH & DS) bring in the mail and say "You got MORE coupons!" But DH doesn't complain when I tell him how much $ I save that store!

UPDATE - I went to drop an envie off for you this week in our workroom mailbox this morning......and the one I dropped off last Tuesday was still in there (Had stamps on it, but for some reason was not picked up). I'm a teacher, so we weren't in the rest of last week and so I had no idea it hadn't been collected. Anyways, I'm really sorry about the mess , but there should be two envies arriving for you later this week.
